BIPRA was founded in 2001 and has 11 members. It exists to support the exchange of information and ideas and promote professionalism in the production of the official reports of legislatures.
Official reports are indispensable aids for elected members and others, as they provide clear, accurate and independent accounts of parliamentary proceedings.

We hold an annual symposium for members. The next symposium will be hosted by the House of Commons from 26 to 29 July 2026 in London.
