States of Jersey
The States of Jersey now has a ministerial system of government (from 9th December 2005) and also (with effect from 1st January 2006) an Official Report.
Since the beginning of 2006, the text of all four Scrutiny Panels and certain of the Public Accounts Committee hearings, and the text of States written and oral questions and all States debates, are being uploaded to the website.
Following a tendering process, the States of Jersey are working with an outside partner for the provision of transcription services. The final editing and checking is being undertaken by staff in the States Greffe following the staff changes needed to implement the new arrangements for the Official Report.
