BIPRA was founded in 2001 and has 11 members. It exists to support the exchange of information and ideas and promote professionalism in the production of the official reports of legislatures.
Official reports are indispensable aids for elected members and others, as they provide clear, accurate and independent accounts of parliamentary proceedings.

We hold an annual symposium for members. The most recent was hosted by Senedd Cymru from Monday 25 to Wednesday 27 July 2022 in Cardiff Bay.
