Mae Cofnod y Trafodion yn drawsgrifiad gair-am-air o drafodion Cyfarfodydd Llawn y Senedd. Mae'r Cofnod fel yr adroddiadau swyddogol a gyhoeddwyd gan ddeddfwrfeydd eraill yn y DU, gyda'r gwahaniaeth ei fod yn ddwyieithog.
Bilingual Record of Proceedings
The Record of Proceedings is a substantially verbatim transcript of the proceedings of the Senedd's Plenary meetings. The Record is like the official reports published by other legislatures in the UK, with the difference that it is bilingual.
Cofnodi cyfarfodydd pwyllgorau
Mae trawsgrifiadau o gyfarfodydd pwyllgorau ar gael ar ffurf ddrafft o fewn tri i bum diwrnod gwaith. Mae trawsgrifiadau pwyllgorau'n cynnwys y cyfieithiad ar y pryd o'r Gymraeg i'r Saesneg a ddarlledwyd yn ystod y cyfarfod. Gellir chwilio'r holl drawsgrifiadau yn ôl Aelod, dyddiad, a gair neu ymadrodd allweddol. Mae Google yn defnyddio ein trawsgrifiadau fel y testun sylfaenol ar gyfer ei feddalwedd cyfieithu Cymraeg/Saesneg.
 
​​Reporting committee meetings
​Transcripts of committee meetings are made available in draft form within three to five working days. Committee transcripts include the Welsh to English interpretation broadcast during the meeting. All transcripts are searchable by Member, date, and key word or phrase. Google uses our transcripts as the base text for its English/Welsh translation software.
Cofnodi Cyfarfodydd Llawn
Caiff trawsgrifiadau o'r Cyfarfod Llawn eu cyhoeddi i ddechrau yn yr iaith a siaredir, gyda thrawsgrifiad o'r cyfieithu ar y pryd pan siaredir Cymraeg. Cyhoeddir fersiwn ddrafft bob yn dipyn a bydd yn dechrau ymddangos tua awr ar ôl dechrau'r Cyfarfod Llawn. Caiff ei diweddaru bob chwarter awr. Caiff Cofnod y Trafodion ei gyhoeddi ar-lein o fewn 24 awr ac mae'n cynnwys lincs i'r canlyniadau pleidleisio llawn, i fywgraffiadau'r Aelodau ac i Senedd TV. Cyhoeddir y fersiwn derfynol gwbl ddwyieithog, gyda phob cyfraniad yn y ddwy iaith, o fewn tri diwrnod gwaith.
​Reporting Plenary meetings
The transcripts of Plenary meetings are initially published in the language spoken, with a transcription of the simultaneous interpretation where Welsh is spoken. A draft version is published on a rolling basis and it starts to appear about an hour after the start of Plenary. It is updated every 15 minutes. The Record itself is published within 24 hours and includes links to the full voting results, to Members’ biographies and to our broadcasting service, Senedd TV. The fully bilingual final version, with all contributions given in both languages, is published within three working days.

​Y Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu a Chofnodi
Mae'r Cofnod yn rhan o'r Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu a Chofnodi, sydd hefyd yn gyfrifol am wasanaethau cyfieithu testun a chyfieithu ar y pryd y Senedd. Mae'r Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu a Chofnodi hefyd yn chwarae rhan allweddol yn y gwaith o reoli Cynllun Ieithoedd Swyddogol y Senedd, sy'n grymuso Aelodau a staff i ddefnyddio dwy iaith swyddogol y Senedd wrth iddynt weithio.
Translation and Reporting Service
The Record is part of the Translation and Reporting Service, which is also responsible for the Senedd’s text translation and simultaneous interpretation services. TRS also plays a key role in managing the Senedd’s Official Languages Scheme, which empowers Members and staff to use both of the Senedd’s official languages as they work.
